Everton favourite says the Toffees need to show more patience with Moise Kean

Everton legend Kevin Campbell believes the Toffees should show more patience with Moise Kean, who has endured a tough debut season. The Italy international was fancied to command the striker’s role when he made the surprise move away from Juventus last summer but that has clearly not been the case as he has struggled to find the back of the net.

Kean has made 21 appearances in the Premier League over the course of the current campaign and during this period, he has contributed just one goal and two assists. As a result, Dominic Calvert-Lewin has firmly cemented the role of the first-choice striker and Kean does not have an easy job at the moment.

Real Madrid’s Japanese Sensation Scores First League Goal

Japanese football could be set for a major boost when Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane eventually finds a way to integrateTakefusa Kubo into the squad. This 18-year-old is the latest sensation in the Los Blancos academy. He created a major impact by scoring his first in Spanish La Liga when the team managed 3-1 victory over Villarreal. His skills and ability on the ball have not gone unnoticed. However,Zidane is busy trying to sort out the problems in the Madrid team and get a consistent set of results. It has been a disastrous start to the season for the Spanish club, but there are signs of improvement.

After having managed four wins in the last five games, Real Madrid have been able to get back into contention for the top honours. Madrid have been able to move level on points with Barcelona following the recent set of results, but there is still a lot of concern with the likes of Atletico Madrid and Sevilla not far behind. A major part of the improvement has come about at the back with Madrid keeping five consecutive clean sheets. Zidane will not interested in disrupting the flow of the team, but integrating players likeKubo can be extremely difficult.

BIG TEAMS ARE HAVING HOTS FOR OLD MULLER

Sometimes you are the lily of the valley, sometimes you are just another brown shrub that needs to die for new ones to live.Home boy Thomas Muller is beginning to come to terms with making a decision he hardly fathomed he would be making throughout his career: leaving Bayern Munich. Which means that finding another Franscesco Totti in modern day football, to do what he did for Italian football, is getting slimmer by the day.

Manchester United were reported to have wanted to sign him 2 years ago and both Bayern and Muller told them no. Why not? They were having the best of marriages and no trouble seemed to be on the horizon enough to threaten the paradise.

Moise Kean’s father says the striker would like to play for Inter

The father of Moise Kean has said that the forward has supported Inter Milan from his boyhood days and the youngster would be open to the prospect of joining the Nerazzurri. The 19-year-old has been with the Bianconeri since the beginning of his professional career and he made his breakthrough during the previous campaign where he notched seven goals from 17 appearances.

Speaking to reporters, Kean’s father said that the teenager has a special bond when it comes to the Nerazzurri and would find it hard to turn down an approach from the San Siro giants, he told: “At home almost all his brothers support AC Milan. One of his brothers and I, are Juventus fans, and he resisted ‘No, I support Inter.’ It all started when we were walking through a street market and I told him to choose a shirt.

“He did not doubt, immediately choosing Obafemi Martins’ shirt. He grew up wearing Obafemi Martins’ shirt, Inter is his home, he chose them as a child, growing up like a real Nerazzurri fan, so I’m sure he would like to play there. Then it depends on the offers that arrive, but for me he will go to Inter.”

Kean got some gametime during the backend of the previous season where the Bianconeri had pretty much sealed the title. However, there are question marks whether he could make a mark under new boss Maurizio Sarri next season, considering the Italian has generally preferred to go with experience rather than youth from the starting XI.

Irrespective of this, the Bianconeri don’t seem to be looking at the prospect of sanctioning his sale and a loan move could be the best option, should the marksman receive no assurances of regular gametime. Kean has made a stunning beginning to his senior career with Italy with three goals from just two caps.

In a report covered by Tuttosport, Mancini said that he has been pleased with the development of the duo and suggested that the national team requires such kind of players, he told the publication: “Risk that Kean is not injured? He knows the way: work hard and work hard. He is a good boy, he has quality and he was lucky enough to emerge at a time when the national team needs young people like him or Zaniolo. Zaniolo? We are the people of genius, of inventiveness and of great discoveries. I like to explore talent and now I am lucky not to have to buy anyone, but I can choose, discover and punt.”
